As soon as you have identified the dates you are interested in, please contact us by telephone or email to check availability. We will then require the completed booking form and deposit cheque.

Tariff

Our tariffs are from £250 - £350 per night for the rental of The Keeping Place, with a minimum stay of two nights. Our B&B tariffs vary according to which room (or suite) you choose. For the full details, please see our B&B page.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservations made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total rent with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, the full rent is payable on booking.
  2. Cancellation. This can only be effected by arranging a suitable sub-tenancy for which an administration fee of 15% of the total rent is paid. We strongly recommend that all clients should take out insurance against unavoidable cancellation or to avoid the possibility of a holiday being ruined as a result of an accident or illness. Details of policies can be obtained from a travel agent or your own broker.
  3. Occupation. The property is available for occupation from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
  4. Domestic animals may only be brought onto the property by strict prior arrangement and will attract a charge of £25 per animal per week.
  5. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that items of equipment are in good working order, no guarantee is given or liability accepted if any breakdown occurs. Repairs will be effected as soon as possible.
  6. The tenant is responsible for any damage or breakages incurred during the period of occupancy, any of which should be reported immediately. Such damage or additional cleaning charges (if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition), will be deducted from the security deposit.
  7. The property is let for a specified number of tenants only, and the owners reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately if this condition is not observed.
  8. The tenant will not cause annoyance or become a nuisance to the tenants or occupiers of adjoining properties.
  9. The owners shall not be held responsible for any accident, loss or damage that may be sustained by the tenant, member of their party, visitors to the property, howsoever caused.
  10. If, for any reason beyond the owners' control, the property is not available on the date booked, all the rent and charges paid in advance by the tenant will be refunded in full but the tenant shall have no further claim against the owner.
  11. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that all the information provided is as accurate as possible, there may be instances where facilities or features described have to be altered or withdrawn.
